As Ashley and Ryan's photographer, I was thrilled to capture the timeless elegance of their big day in Rancho Palos Verdes. They trusted me to take chances with a dramatically lit wedding party photo, nailing the vibe and pose based only on my verbal instructions.
I'm proud to have such a large proportion of multi-cultural weddings in my book. Growing up, I had the fortune to be surrounded by a diverse crowd since grade school, and now I get to document all types of celebrations. Almost as exciting is getting to visit unique (a word I'm careful to use) locations to get married in.
Crestmont College was an adventure to explore. The hall with the gridded ceiling. The teal wall that just about beckoned us to come take photos. It was hard to take a flawed photo with the timeless combo of the bride's lace gown and the groom's navy suit.
